The Golf Screening and Performance Program uses the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) screening assessment to evaluate any potential physical limitations that may be inhibiting swing efficiency and movement quality. This is done through functional testing to assess biomechanics, strength, power, movement and mobility patterns, range of motion and injury history. The results of the assessment help to deliver a training program unique to you to aim to improve any restrictions in your body that could be impacting your golf swing and game.

TPI Program Practitioner: Lachlan Buckley (Osteopath):
Lachlan holds a Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science – Osteopathy from RMIT, a Diploma of Fitness from Victoria University, Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification and Level 1 Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). Lachlan is an avid golfer himself and has worked in sport for many years including the NPL soccer league. Lachlan uses corrective exercise alongside his Osteopathic techniques to get the best results for his patients. Lachlan’s treatment strategies help him get results with common golfing injuries such as lower back pain, rotator cuff/shoulder pain, knee and hip instability/pain.
